How to set up a promotional mailer?

1. In the event dashboard, click on "Promotions" from the side bar.


2. Click on "Contacts"


3. Click on "Add Contact"

Note: For Bulk import of contacts click on "Import Contacts"


4. Once you add the details of the prospect, click on "Save"


5. Click on "Mailers"


6. Under the "To Contacts" click on "Add Mailer" to add a new mailer.


7. Select a Mailer template and click "Next"


8. Insert a name and subject for the promotion and click on "Save"


9. After saving the mailer, this page will open, allowing you to make changes accordingly. Click on "Save" on the top right corner to retain the mailer as a draft.


10. After saving the mailer, click on "Activate Mailer" to automatically send promotional emails to all available contacts.

Note: Once activated, it cannot be disabled or stopped.


11. Click "Yes. Send Emails!"


12. Once you click send, it show a success message at the bottom right, and the mailer goes into an "ACTIVE" state.


13. Once you come back to this screen, it'll show you that newly created mailer in "SENT" state, and you can click on the "1 Sent" to see the analytics for that mailer.
