1. In the event dashboard click on "Registration" from the side bar.
2. From the left-hand side menu, select “Confirmed Registrations” under Mailers>Registrations.
3. By default, you’ll see one Whatsapp mailer which is titled “Whatsapp Registration Confirmation”, which is sent on successful registration. You can change the Subject and who it is scoped it by clicking on "Edit" on the card.
4. Make any changes to the scoping and name then click "Save".
5. You can change the mailer template by clicking on the manage button, which opens up more settings as well.
6. You can send a test Whatsapp mailer by clicking on "Send Test Whatsapp Message" and selecting a users.
7. Once you’re happy with the mailer, you can click on the “Activate Mailer”, which will move the mailer to the “Active” state.
8. Click here to confirm, once activated the mailer cannot be stopped.
