1. On the event Dashboard, click on "Promotions" on the sidebar
2. To invite and promote the event to potential users - you can add in users by clicking on "Contacts" on the sidebar under promotions.
3. To add the contacts, you can Individually add them by clicking on "Add Contact" or bulk import them by clicking "Import Contacts".
4. Click on "Mailers" under the Promotions side bar.
5. At the top under Mailers, select "To Contacts" to send Invitation mailers
6. Click on "Add Whatsapp Mailer (Beta)" to send out invites over Whatsapp.
7. Now select the Whatsapp Template and click next on the top right.
8. Add in details like who the mailer is being Send to and the name of the mailer. Then click "Save" on the top right.
9. Now you should have the option to Send a test Whatsapp Message, Schedule Mailer and Activate mailer. Click on "Activate Mailer" to start sending Whatsapp Invitation Mailers.
10. Confirm to activate the mailer, once activated it cannot be stopped.
