1. On the event Dashboard, click on "Promotions" on the sidebar
2. To invite and promote the event to potential users - you can add in users by clicking on "Contacts" on the sidebar under promotions.
3. To add the contacts, you can Individually add them by clicking on "Add Contact" or bulk import them by clicking "Import Contacts".
4. Click on "Mailers" under the Promotions side bar.
5. At the top under Mailers, select "To Contacts" to send Invitation mailers
6. Click on "Add Mailer" to send out invites over Whatsapp.
7. Now select the Mailer Template and click "Next".
8. Add in details like who the mailer is being Send to and the Name of the mailer. Then click "Save".
9. Here you will be able to see the mailer, and make changes as required using the tools on the left hand side. Once all the changes are made, click on save on the top right.
10. Now you can see the option to Upload Custom HTML, Send Test Email, and Activate Mailer. Click on "Activate Mailer" to start sending Invitation Mailers.
11. Confirm to activate the mailer, once activated it cannot be stopped.
