1. In the event dashboard, click on "Registrations"
2. Click on the "Manage Tickets"
3. This will take you to a page with the list of all tickets. Select the ticket you want to make private by clicking on "Edit" or you can create a new ticket and mark it as a "Private" ticket.
4. To create a new ticket click on the "Add" button.
5. A page will be prompted where you can enter the details of the ticket, such as title, description, whether it's a paid ticket or not, etc.
6. Open the advanced section and ensure the “Is Private?” checkbox is checked.
7. Click "Save"
Now you must set up the secret code which unlocks the private ticket. This makes the ticket private and will be visible to attendees upon entering a secret code.
8. From the sidebar under Registration, select “Access Codes”
9. This will take you to a page with a list of all Access codes. To create a new access code, click on the "Add" button.
10. A page will be prompted to enter the details of the Access code. Under the "access code" field you can enter the secret code which will be provided to the attendees.
11. Next, select the private tickets from the list of 'Private Tickets' dropdown to which this code grants access.
Note: You can also select multiple tickets at once.
12. You can also set the validity of the access code by choosing the start time/date and end time/date. Additionally, you can activate or deactivate it by toggling the switch on or off.
13. Once all the details are entered, click on the "Save" option.
You can now share this access code with attendees who want to access these private tickets.
