This document provides an overview of the process for cancelling a attendee registration.
1. Once a registration is cancelled, the reimbursement/refund must be processed exclusively through Stripe. To know more about how this is done from stripe, please refer to the following documentation
2. After completing the refund procedure, we must ensure the "attendee" is removed from the event. To do this, please follow the steps below:
3. Access the event from the admin portal and click on the "People" section.
4. Click the "Search" field and enter the attendee information.
5. Once the attendee record is shown, click on the "delete" icon placed on the profile card.
6. Click "Delete" to confirm the deletion.
Note: The data in the "Ticket Order" Report or any revenue analytics report will NOT exclude refunds.
