What are the Core Field Types you can use in your Registration Form?

You can fully customise your registration form using a variety of field types to collect the information you need from attendees.



Core Field Types:

These are commonly used and often essential for attendee identification and communication. Most are pre-labeled and tied to platform-level features such as login, badge printing, and app visibility.

  • First Name*

    • Collects the attendee's first name. This is used in badges, communications, and app display

  • Last Name

    • Collects the attendee’s surname. Often displayed with First Name in public profiles and reports

  • Email Address*

    • This is the primary identifier for an attendee. It is required for login, registration confirmation, and all email-based communication. Must be unique for each attendee.

  • Phone Number

    • Captures a valid mobile number. Can be used for WhatsApp mailers or alternate login (if enabled).

  • Company

    • Records the organisation name the attendee belongs to. Commonly used in networking and badges

  • Designation

    • Captures the attendee’s job title. Useful for corporate networking or professional events.

  • About

    • A multiline text field for a short bio or description. Often used in speaker or exhibitor profiles.


* Mandatory fields — cannot be removed or skipped during registration setup.
