How to Import ticket types?

1. In the event dashboard click on the "Registration" tab from the sidebar.


2. Click on "Manage Tickets"


3. You can now import tickets; however, please note that the import function can only be used to add new tickets. Existing tickets will not be updated or deleted.


4. Click on the "Import" option.


5. Click "Download Template."

A template will be downloaded to your system, which must be filled in with the ticket details and additional information.


6. Below are the columns that the template contains, which must be filled in with the ticket details before proceeding with importing the file.


7. Click the "Choose File" button.


8. Once the file is imported click on "Next"


9. Ensure all the columns in the sheet are accurately mapped, to avoid errors.


10. Click "Next"


11. The summary page will be shown up with the details of the items that will be created/updated.


12. Once the import is done, a success message will appear as shown below. You can click "View All Tickets" to see the newly created tickets.
