[Web App] How to publish your white-labeled Web event app under your event’s domain name?

In the Event Dashboard, Click on the "Settings" button on the left side bar

Click on the "White labelling" section

Under the Web Dropdown, type in your custom domain. Kindly ensure to use a

sub-domain instead of your primary domain to avoid any conflict.

Setup a CNAME Record (Canonical Name Record) in your DNS. For eg, if the event app is to be made available in the URL https://awesome-event.my-company.com, add a CNAME record for awesome-event.my-company.com with the value of "app.nunify.app". If there are any existing records for awesome-event.my-company.com remove it before adding the new one.

Once the CNAME Record is added, please send an email to [email protected] with the link to the admin portal of your event along with your event's name.

Once Nunify’s support team verifies your DNS setup, we’ll migrate the app to be available under the requested domain name.

Nunify’s support team will respond back to you once the migration is complete. This process usually takes 1 working day.
