A Step-by-Step Guide for Initiating the White-Labelling Process
A Step-by-Step Guide for Initiating the White-Labelling Process
Updated over a week ago

For our technical team to submit the app to the respective stores we would need the admin to follow the below steps and set up the event ready.

1: Requirements to submit white-labelled mobile app

Please refer to the following documentation, which outlines the mandatory requirements for submitting the white-labelled mobile app to the App Store and/or Play Store.

Note: These asset information must be updated within the event which has to be white-labelled.

2: Creation of Developer Accounts

iOS: To submit the app to the App Store, you will need an Apple Developer Account. Please refer to the following documentation for the steps to create one for yourself or your brand.

Android: To submit the app to the Play Store, you will need a Google Play Developer Account setup for your organisation. Please refer to the following documentation to create a Google Play Developer account.

3: After creating the developer accounts, you'll need to grant Nunify access to them.

iOS: Once you have the Apple Developer Account, you would need to give Nunify access to your account to submit the app. Please follow the steps mentioned in the following documentation to grant the access.

Note: Please double-check to ensure that access is granted to this account for iOS: [email protected]

Android: Once you have the Google Developer Account, you would need to give nunify access to your account to submit the app. Please follow the steps mentioned in the following documentation to grant the access.

Note: Please double-check to ensure that access is granted to this account for Android: [email protected]

4: Once access is granted, a few necessary changes should be made within the event (layout) that needs to be white-labeled. Below are the changes that need to be updated:

Under "Contents," a minimum of three features should be available: Agenda, My Profile, and Timeline.

  • Agenda: Three dummy sessions should be added with valid session titles, future date and time that relate to the event.

  • Profile: We don't need to make any changes to this feature, as it already has default content. It's good to go!

  • Timeline: The timeline will already be displayed with a default notification, so no changes are needed here.

Note: After these changes are made, please refrain from altering the layout until the app receives approval from both app stores. Once the apps are live in their respective app stores, we will confirm the same to you.

5: Confirmation required to be sent to the support team.

Once all these steps are completed, you can reach out to the support team and provide the Event's CMS Link of the admin portal, which has all the information updated. We will review the same and ensure to inform our technical team to proceed with the app submission.

Note: A kind request to please update the information in the event as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the white labelling process, which is estimated to take a minimum of 2 weeks.
