1. On the Main Dashboard of your event, click on the "Registration" tab

2. Click on the "Settings" button

3. Click on tick-box which states "Separate checkboxes for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy".

4. Once it is ticked click on the "Save" button to save the changes

5. As seen in the image below the changes made are reflected on the Registration form on the web-page
