Asset and App store requirements to submit a white-labelled mobile app

Below are the mandatory requirements to submit your white-labelled mobile app to App Store and/or Play Store:

  • On the event dashboard, from the left sidebar menu, click on settings.

  • Then click on whitelabelling.

  • Add the following details on the whitelabelling page:

  • App Logo - 1024 width x 1024 height px; JPG; Max size 5MB

  • App Name (Up to 15 characters)

  • Short Description (Up to 80 characters)

    • e.g., Official mobile app for MyConference

  • Description (Up to 4000 characters)

    • e.g., Use this official mobile app in MyConference to:

    • View all event information offline

    • Get a personalised QR code for contactless check-in & networking

    • Build your own personal agenda with automated reminders

    • Connect with attendees through interests & chat

    • Share videos, photos and other fun moments with attendees

  • Splash Image - 1080 width x 1920 height px; JPG; Max size 5MB. If you are adding any content (text etc) to the splash image, make sure to give a margin of atleast 150px on all sides for the best positioning.

  • Splash Gif (Optional) - 1080 width x 1920 height px; GIF; Max size 10MB

  • Play store cover image - 1024 width x 500 height px; JPG/PNG; Max Size 5MB
