How to share your event with your attendees?

1. In the event dashboard, navigate to the "Event App" Card. and click on the "Configure" option.


2. Using the option "Download Link as QR" you can download a QR code. Upon scanning this QR attendees will be redirected to the promotional page.


3. Click the download Icon to download the QR


4. You can copy the URL using the highlighted copy option.


5. The link can also be shared with attendees through various social media platforms and communication channels, including email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and more.


6. Clicking the link will re-direct to the promotional page.


7. The below page will be the event's promotional page/share page.


8. Clicking on the App store icon will show a prompt to attendees with a link to download the app from the App Store.


9. Clicking on the Play store icon will show a prompt to attendees with a link to download the app from the Play Store.


10. Clicking on the "Web" icon will redirect attendees to the event website.
