Updated over 2 months ago

Nunify offers three types of mailers; Registration Confirmation Mailer, Reminder Mailers, and Promotional Mailers, these can help you engage attendees and promote your events effectively. These mailers are divided into two categories: Registration and Promotions.

  1. Confirmation Mailer:

    1. The Confirmation Mailer is sent to attendees when they successfully register for an event.

    2. If attendees are manually imported into the People section, organizers can trigger the Confirmation Mailer to these users as well.

    3. This email serves as confirmation of their registration and provides important event details.

  2. To Registered Users:

    1. This reminder mailer is sent to users after they’ve successfully registered and are added to the People section.

    2. The mail serves as a gentle reminder, keeping the event top of mind and providing essential information such as event schedules, access details, or last-minute updates.

    3. By keeping attendees engaged with these reminders, organizers can reduce no-shows, increase excitement, and improve participation rates.

  3. To Contacts:

    1. These are promotional mailers designed to invite potential attendees to register for the event.

    2. Organizers can add or upload a list of contacts under the Promotions section in the Admin CMS.

    3. This mailer serves as a direct invitation to the event, encouraging contacts to register by providing event details and a clear call to action, like a registration link.

    4. These emails can be customized with engaging content to attract potential attendees.

Registration and Reminder Mailers:

  • Both the Registration Confirmation Mailer and the Reminder Mailer encourage users to download the Nunify app and join the event.

  • Once attendees have joined the event through the app, they will have easy access to updates and all event information.

Note: The option to edit mailers is only available in Engage and not in the Essential Plan.
