Nunify offers a robust set of Email and WhatsApp mailers to help you communicate with attendees before and after registration. These mailers are classified under two main categories: Registration and Promotional, and are essential for delivering event information, confirmations, reminders, and invitations.
Registration Mailers
These mailers are triggered based on an attendee’s registration status. They can be sent via a modifiable email template or a fixed WhatsApp template.
1. Confirmed Registrations
Sent when a user successfully registers for your event.
Trigger: Automatically on self-registration or when manually added via the People section (if triggered by the organizer).
Purpose: Confirms registration and shares event access details, including the m-badge, event code and app download links.
2. Waitlisted Registrations
Used when your event has a waitlist enabled. These mailers notify attendees about their waitlist status.
Added to Waitlist: Sent when a registration is received but the attendee is placed on the waitlist.
Approved: Sent when a waitlisted attendee is approved for the event.
Rejected: Sent when a waitlisted attendee is not approved to join.
Note: Registration mailers can only be customized on the Engage Plan.
Promotional Mailers
These are manual mailers used to engage both registered attendees and potential attendees.
1. To Registered Users (Reminder Mailers)
Keep your attendees informed and engaged after they’ve registered.
Trigger: Sent manually to attendees already in the People section.
Scheduling: Can be scheduled in advance to go out on a specific date and time.
Purpose: Reminds them about the event, shares schedules, access info, and last-minute updates.
2. To Contacts (Invitation Mailers)
Send invitations to potential attendees who haven’t registered yet.
Trigger: Sent to contact lists uploaded under the Promotions section.
Purpose: Encourage registration by highlighting key event details and providing a registration link or event share page.
Customization: Create engaging content that drives sign-ups.
Delivery Options
All mailers, across both categories, now support:
Fixed WhatsApp templates for reliable and fast delivery
Customizable email templates for richer branding and messaging
Plan Limitations
Only users on the Engage Plan can customize registration mailer content.
Users on the Essential Plan can send mailers, but template editing is not available.
