How to setup meeting slots for a certain set of people so that other people can quickly pick a time and setup a meeting?

1. Log in to your Event Dashboard. On the left-hand sidebar, click on “Event App.”


2. Under the Event App tab, go to "Meetings". This section allows you to manage meeting slots, rooms, and scheduling options.


3. At the top of the Meetings section, click on “Schedule and Slots”. This is where you can view and configure meeting slots.


4. Click on “Create Slot” to start creating new meeting slots.


5. In the slot creation form, set the availability to “Group”. This ensures the meeting slots will only be visible to a specific group of people.


6. From the list of groups, choose the one you want the slots to be available for (e.g., gold).


7. Configure the following details for your slots:

Slot Duration: Enter how long each meeting will last.
Date Range: Specify the date range during which the slots will be available.
Time Range: Define the start and end times for each day within the specified date range.


8. Once you’ve filled out all the required fields, review your selections. Click on “Save” to confirm the changes and create the meeting slots.
