1. Open your event's dashboard and click on "Registrations".
2. Then click on "Mailers".
3. This will take you to a screen with a list of mailers. You’ll also notice that it is in the “Draft” state, which means this email has not yet been sent. Then click on the 3 dots and select "Name, audience and CC" against the mailer that you want to be sent only to a specific group.
4. Click on "Specific group" under the "Send to" dropdown.
5. Under the "Specific groups" dropdown, select the relevant groups.
6. Click on "Save" to persist the changes.
7. Now, when you “Activate” the mailer, it will only be sent to attendees if they belong to any of the groups selected.
8. If you scope the registration confirmation mailer to a set of groups, the registration confirmation will only be sent to attendees who belong to any of the selected group.
