1. Open your event's dashboard and click on "Event settings".
2. Click on the "White labelling" section.
3. Under the Custom web address, type in your custom domain. Kindly ensure to use a sub-domain instead of your primary domain to avoid any conflict.
4. Setup a CNAME Record (Canonical Name Record) in your DNS. For eg, if the event app is to be made available in the URL https://awesome-event.my-company.com, add a CNAME record for awesome-event.my-company.com with the value of "app.nunify.app". If there are any existing records for awesome-event.my-company.com remove it before adding the new one.
5. Once the CNAME Record is added, please send an email to support@nunify.com with the link to the admin portal of your event along with your event's name.
6. Once Nunify’s support team verifies your DNS setup, we’ll migrate the app to be available under the requested domain name.
7. Nunify’s support team will respond back to you once the migration is complete. This process usually takes 1 working day.
