Understanding the Promotion Dashboard

1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Promotions" from the sidebar

2. Under the "Overview" section, a promotion dashboard will be displayed, detailing the Promotions Overview.

3. At the top, there are two shortcuts. Listed below are the functionalities of each:

Add Contacts: Import or Add contacts to start sending Promotion Mailer.

4. You can add Contacts in this section, where you can add or upload a list of potential attendees for your event. This feature allows you to directly reach out to these individuals by sending them promotional invite mailers. These mailers encourage them to register for your event.

5. New Mailer: Click 'Add Mailers' to begin designing Promotion Mailers.

6. Send customized mailers to engage with your event audience at every stage. Create and send promotional mailers to uploaded contacts, registered users, or specific contact tags, as well as reminder mailers to registered attendees. These emails can include engaging content, event details, important updates, and clear calls-to-action, such as links to register or access the event. Mailers help you reach the right audience, build excitement, drive registrations, improve attendance, and keep attendees informed and engaged throughout the event.

7. The Email To Contacts section provides a clear overview of your email campaign performance, helping you track how your mailers are reaching and engaging your contacts.

The analytics display key metrics such as Sent (total number of emails sent), Delivered (emails successfully delivered), Opened (emails opened by recipients), and Clicked (emails where recipients interacted with links). These insights help you measure campaign performance and understand recipient engagement.

8. The To Registered Attendees section provides a clear overview of the performance of your reminder emails sent to registered attendees.

The analytics display key metrics such as Sent (total number of reminder emails sent), Delivered (emails successfully delivered), Opened (emails opened by recipients, indicating continued interest in the event), and Clicked (emails where recipients interacted with links, such as event details or access links). These insights help you track reminder performance and understand attendee engagement.

9. "Manage contacts" will lead you to the prospects page directly.
