1. Within CMS, if any of the field's values are changed new tickets, it is necessary to tap "Reload Tickets" in the check-in app for the additions to appear.

Tickets are reloaded every 60 seconds. The Sync Interval for the tickets can be configured via Settings.

2. In the check-in app, tap on your event app.

3. Tap on the Settings button indicated as the "⚙" icon

4. Tap on the Reload Tickets button.

5. After tapping, a modal will appear prompting you to proceed. Tap the "Yes" button to continue.

6. Once the reloading process is complete, the tickets will appear in the Check-in app.
