1. In your event app, tap on the engagement feature.

2. Tap on the Offline game card.

3. This open the offline game page. Tap on the medal card.

4. This opens a page showing the list of users the medal has been awarded to. Tap on the award button.

5. Tap on the "Scan to Award" button.

6. This opens the camera. Scan the QR code of the user you wish to award the medal

7. Once scanned, a modal appears asking if you want to award the user. Tap on the "Yes" button to award the user.

8. Once tapped, the user is awarded the medal.
