1. In the event dashboard, click on the "Content" tab from the sidebar.

2. Click on the 'Gallery' feature page if it has already been added to the 'App Layout'.

3: This opens a modal showcasing the existing folders within the feature page. You can also reorder the folders based on your preference by clicking on the three-dot icon placed on each card.

4. Click on the "New Folder" button on the top.

​

5. This will open a new modal where you can enter details such as the folder name, type, and update the thumbnail image of your folder.

​

6. You can also scope this folder to a specific group by selecting the groups from the 'Available To' dropdown menu.

​

7. Once the details are updated click on "Create".

​

8. A new folder will be created and listed among all other existing folders. To upload youtube videos within a folder, simply click on the folder card.

​

9. To upload a new video simply click on the "Upload Video" button located on the top right corner.

​

10. Provide the requested information, such as the YouTube URL, which can be fetched from YouTube. You can also update the description.

​

11. Click "Save" once the details are updated.

12. To edit any details click on the "Edit" option placed on the card.

​

13. If you would like to delete a video, simply click on the "delete" option located on the video card.

​

14. Click "yes" to confirm the deletion.

​
