How to add photos in the Gallery ?

1. In the event dashboard, click on the "Content" tab from the sidebar.


2. Click on the 'Gallery' feature page if it has already been added to the 'App Layout'.



3: This opens a modal showcasing the existing folders within the feature page. You can also reorder the folders based on your preference by clicking on the three-dot icon placed on each card.



4. Click on the "New Folder" button on the top.



5. This will open a new modal where you can enter details such as the folder name, type, and update the thumbnail image of your folder. Once the details are updated click on "Create"




6. You can also scope this folder to a specific group by selecting the groups from the 'Available To' dropdown menu. Once all the details are updated click on "Create".




7. A new folder will be created and listed among all other existing folders. To upload images within a folder, simply click on the folder card.



8. You can upload a image file in the accepted formats by clicking on the option shown below. The format details and the size limit is mentioned for your reference before uploading.




9. Once the image file is uploaded, it will be listed along with the other images. Then, you can click on the "Edit" option to update additional details.


10. You can mention a description for the image, and once done, click on 'Save'.


11. If you would like to delete an image, simply click on the "delete" option located on the image card.




12. Confirm the deletion, by clicking on "Yes".
