This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to export badges for pre-printing and also how they can be exported for an individual user or a group.
1. In the event dashboard click on "Check-in" from the side bar.
2. Now click on "Export Badges" option on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Now the export badge page will appear. Click on "Request Badge Export".
4. Select who to export badges for and click "Next".
5. Click "Confirm" to initiate the Badge Export
6. Once the export is completed you can click on "Download" to download the badge export.
7. If you would like to export a badge for an individual user, Click on "Request Badge Export"
8. Click on the drop down option of "Export Badges for"
9. Select "User" from the drop down list.
10. Enter the name of the user for whom you would like to export the badge.
11. If you would like to add multiple users, simply enter the name of the next attendee for whom you would like to export the badge.
12. Click "Confirm"
13. Once the export is ready, click on "Download" and a pdf file will be automatically downloaded to your system.
14. If you would like to export a badge for a group, Click on "Request Badge Export"
15. Click on the drop down option of "Export Badges for"
16. Select "Group" from the drop down list.
17. Click on the group for whom you would like to export the badge.
18. If you would like to add multiple groups, simply enter the name of the next group for whom you would like to export the badge.
19. Click "Confirm"
20. Once the export is ready, click on "Download" and a pdf file will be automatically downloaded to your system.
Note: Badges will be exported as per the ticket types assigned to the users.
