How To Bulk Print Badges?

1. On the event dashboard, click on "Check-in" from the left sidebar.


2. Click on "Export Badges"


3. Click on "Request Badge Export"


4. After you scope it to the desired group of attendees or everyone, click on "Next".


5. Click on "Confirm" to export the badges.

This step could take some time, depending on the number of attendees. You will get an email on your registered email address once the file is ready for download.


6. Click on "Download". This will download a PDF file with the list of all the attendee badges.


7. Open the PDF consisting of the attendee badges.


8. Open the print modal. By clicking "ctrl+p" for windows and "cmd+p" for macOs.


9. Select the printer you want to use.


10. Open the dropdown settings for paper size.


11. Click on "Manage Custom Sizes…"


12. By clicking "add" you can create a custom size template.


13. You can set the label/paper dimensions based on your requirements.


14. You can set the margins based on your printer's default settings or add your own dimensions.


15. Click on "OK" to save the template dimensions.


16. Click on "Print".

Now the badges will start bulk printing.
