How to ban an attendee from accessing your event?

1. In the event dashboard, click on the "People" in the side bar. This brings up the list of all attendees.


2. Find the attendee you want to ban by using the search box. The search box can be used to search by both name and email address.


3. Once you’ve found the attendee, click on the ban button on the attendee card to revoke that attendee's access to the event.


4. Banned attendees will be logged out of the event app.


5. You can find the list of banned attendees by selecting "Locked/Blocked Users" from the menu on the sidebar.


6. The banned users can be unbanned by clicking the Unlock Account button.
