1. Event Check-in & Badge/Label Printing:
There are two ways to manage event check-ins:
A. Volunteer Check-in: A volunteer scans the attendee’s QR code to check them in.
B. Self Check-in: Attendees scan the QR code themselves, which automatically checks them in.
The Attendee QR can be accessed either by:
1. Email- if the QR was sent to the attendees
2. App- Click on your profile in the event to find your QR and checkin to the event.
2. Session Check-in / Attendance Tracking:
Attendee QR codes can be scanned and used to track attendance at individual sessions. Attendees scan the session-specific QR code via the app to check in.
How session check-ins works:
1. Open the nunify Mobile App and access the event.
2. Click on the session to Check in
3. Click the "Check In" button and scan the session QR.
3. Exhibitor Lead Capture:
Exhibitors can scan attendees’ QR codes at their booths to capture and save them as leads within the platform.
How contact scanning works as a booth admin:
1. Open the nunify Mobile App and access the event.
2. Click on your booth under the "Exhibitors" page.
3. Click on "Lead Scan" and scan the attendee's QR
4. This allows the attendee’s contact details to be captured and saved as a lead for your booth.
4. Engagement & Gamification:
QR codes can be used for engagement activities such as "Challenges". Tasks can be created where attendees scan QR codes at specific locations to earn points.
How the "Challenge" Engagement works:
1. Open the nunify Mobile App and access the event.
2. Open the Challenge engagement and click on "Find the QR Code"
3. Scan the QR to gain points and complete the task.
5. Attendee Networking / Adding Contacts:
Attendees can scan each other’s QR codes using the app to exchange information and add one another as contacts, enabling easier networking and interaction.
How contact scanning works:
1. Open the nunify Mobile App and access the event.
2. Click on your profile and click on "Scan"
3. Scan another Attendee's QR to save them as your contact.
6. Redeem Points:
They can earn points before and during the event with in app activities
And redeem it in the end of the event for goodies.
How redeem points work:
1. On the checkin app set the mode to "Redeem Points"
2. Volunteer then scans the attendee QR
3. A popup page shows where we see the attendees available points
4. Volunteer then has to enter the number of points to redeem and click the "Redeem" button.
