1. On the nunify dashboard click on "Content" from the left side menu bar.
2. Click on the "Engagement" page. If there is no engagement page you can create one by clicking on create a page on the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click on "+ New Item".
4. Click on "Add a Survey".
5. Click on "Create Custom Survey".
6. Click on "Next".
7. Type in the name of the survey.
8. Click "Create"
9. Click "Copy & Paste Questions"
10. Paste your question along with their answers on the left side of the dialogue box.
Tip: Make sure to paste your answers below the question.
11. Click on "Save".
12. The survey will be created.
