This document provides an overview of the process for cancelling a attendee registration.
1. In the Event Dashboard, click on the Registration Section on the side panel
2. Click the "Orders" section
3. This shows all the orders that are available for the event. Click on the dotted icon to initiate a refund.
4. Once the refund is completed, the attendee will automatically lose access to the event/app and will be removed from the Event Admin Portal. The refunded amount will also be reflected accordingly in the Revenue Reports.
