1. Open your event's dashboard and click on "Registrations".
2. Then click on "Mailers".
3. Select "Name, audience and CC" after clicking on the 3 dots.
4. Make any changes to the scoping and name then click "Save".
5. You can change the mailer template by clicking on the respective WhatsApp mailer, which opens up more settings as well.
6. You can send a test Whatsapp mailer by selecting "Send Test" after clicking on the 3 dots and selecting users.
7. Once you’re happy with the mailer, you can click on the “Activate”, which will move the mailer to the “Active” state.
8. Click here to confirm. Once activated, the mailer cannot be stopped.
