1. When you create an event, it is initially created under a 'Essential' package. To upgrade the package from Essential, a new plan needs to be added.
2. Open your event's dashboard and click on the "Edit" button.
3. Click on the "Plan & billing" section.
4. Click on the "Change plan" button to add your purchased plan to the event
5. If no plan has been purchased for your event, it will display the said message. You also have the option of converting your event to trial.
