1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Agenda" from the sidebar
2. In the top right corner, click on "New session"
3. Enter the details such as the name, start and end time of the session
4. Click on the "Streaming" tab on the top
5. Select YouTube as the streaming mode
6. Navigate to the desired YouTube video, click on the Share button, and copy the URL to proceed
7. Click on the "Embed URL" field and paste the URL here
8. Click on "Create session"
9. You can view your details and click on save
