1. Open your event's dashboard and click on "Event app".
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Click on "Manage rules" under the "Chat" tab.
4. Click on "Add rule".
5. Click on the "No-one" option from the dropdown.
6. Under "Choose a group" select the group you want to exclude from chats.
7. Click on "Save rules". Once the rule is created it implies that No other group is allowed to chat with the selected group.
8. Click on "Save settings".
