1. In the event dashboard, click on the "Attendee" in the side bar. This brings up the list of all attendees.
2. Find the attendee you want to ban by using the search box. The search box can be used to search by both name and email address.
3. Once you’ve found the attendee, click on the three dots of their profile.
4. Click on "Lock account"
5. Banned attendees will be logged out of the event app.
6. You can find the list of banned attendees by selecting "Locked/Blocked".
7. The locked users can be unlocked by clicking on the three dots on their profile and then click on "Unlock Account"
