My changes aren't visible on the live website
Possible cause
Your browser may be displaying a cached version of the page.
Solution
If your latest changes aren't visible, try a Force Refresh to load the most recent version of the page. Also ensure your changes have been saved before viewing the live website.

The text size or font isn't changing
Possible cause
The text may be inheriting typography settings from the site's theme.
Solution
Check your site's typography settings to see if a global style is overriding the block's text settings.
My Speakers, Sponsors, Sessions, or Gallery block is empty
Possible cause
There is no corresponding content available for that event.
Solution
Add speakers, sponsors, sessions, or gallery images to your event. The block will populate automatically once content is available.

Why don't I see my latest changes?
Refresh the page or clear your browser cache, then verify your changes were saved.
Why is a block missing on one device?
Check the block's Visibility settings to ensure it's enabled for that device.
Why is my feature block empty?
The block displays event data. If no content exists, it will show an empty state until content is added.
I accidentally deleted or changed something. Can I restore it?
Yes. Use the Undo button to revert your most recent change. If you undo something by mistake, use Redo to restore it.
