How to check Overdue and cancelled Plan?

1. On the event dashboard, you can view all your plans under the 'Plans' section.


2. If your plan is marked as "Overdue" it will be displayed as shown below.


3. If your plan expires, its status will change to 'Expired' and will be displayed as shown below.


If your plan renewal fails due to an unsuccessful payment, the plan status will transition as follows:

Active to Overdue: Initially, the plan will move from an Active status to Overdue
Overdue Status Duration: The Overdue status will be displayed for the next 14 days.
Overdue to Expired: After 14 days, the plan status will change to Expired.
