1. In the Main Dashboard, click on the "Content" tab
2. Click on the "Engagement" feature page
3. Click on the "+ New Item" button
4. Click on the "Add a Survey" tab
5. This opens a modal to select the template that are available.
6. Click on one of templates to choose it.
7. Click on the "Preview" button
8. This shows the preview of the questions available in the template.
9. Click on the "Next" button
10. Click on the field to add a title for the survey.
11. Click on the "Create" button.
12. After clicking the create button, the page shows all the questions present in the template and the survey is now created to be publish at the moment or at a later date.
