How to add and assign the Briefcase Items?

1. Access the "Event app" from the sidebar and click on "Attendee Profile".


2. Navigate to the "Briefcase Items" section.


3. Briefcase items are personalised fields accessible to attendees through their profiles. Each field is unique to the individual attendee.

To add a new field, click the 'Add Item' button located in the top right corner.


4. Enter the "Item Name" and click on the "Add" button.


5. You can add multiple briefcase items and reorder them easily by clicking on the 'Reorder' button.


6. The "Hold & Drag to Reposition" button on the field card allows you to reorder the fields as needed.


7. To update the values for the briefcase items within attendee profiles, go to the "People" page.


8. Click on "Edit"


9. The fields added in the briefcase items section will appear in the bottom right corner of each attendee profile.


10. The values can be entered manually within each field.


11. To update the changes, click "Save"


12. You can also update the values of the briefcase items using the Bulk mode, simply click on download and click "Download Users - All Users"


13. In the Excel sheet, enter the details for the briefcase items and reimport the sheet to update the attendee profiles with the personalised values for their briefcase items.
