- Click on the Create App button

- Fill in the details and create a new app

Click on the Users &amp; Permissions from the play console

- Click on the Users &amp; Permissions from the play console

Choose the app that you just created in the App Permissions tab

Choose the 5 permissions as per the below screenshot
