1. The Lead Scan feature helps exhibitors keep track of potential customers visiting their booth. The admin can select fields that they wish to collect data for and then export the data in an excel sheet format.

2. They can take notes on each client page and also categorise the lead as Hot, Warm and Cold after scrutinising the customer’s interest. Each category can be assigned points which would reflect in the customer’s leaderboard.
