How to enable the search option in the self-check-in kiosk so that the attendees who don’t have their QR Code can check in?

1. In the event “Dashboard” click on “Check-in” from the side bar.


2. Now click on the “Check-in settings” option on the left-hand side of the screen.


3. Click on "Advanced"


4. Under the “Advanced” section, toggle on the “ Allow Searching For a Registration (By Name, Email etc)” option.


5. Click on "Save" to save the changes made
