Please note:
- To transfer an event from one team to another, you must be the App Owner.
- You can only transfer Essential or Trial Events.
A. Copy the Team ID of the Destination Team
1. Go to https://cms.nunify.com/dashboard/all to open the Nunify Dashboard.
2. In the team you want to transfer the event to, click on "Team Details" from the left sidebar on the Nunify Dashboard.
3. Click on the copy icon to copy the "Team ID" from this team.
B. Switch to the Team Where the Event Currently Exists
4. On the top-left corner, click on "Switch" under the Team Name.
5. Select the team where the event is currently located.
6. Now open the event you want to transfer.
C. Initiate the Transfer
7. In the Event Dashboard, click on Settings in the left sidebar
8. Under Settings, select "Transfer Event"
9. Paste the "Team ID" you copied earlier, then click "Transfer" on the top-right corner
10. You’ll see a message indicating that the transfer has been initiated. Here you also have the option to "Cancel Transfer" incase the Team ID entered was wrong.
D. Accept the Transfer from the Destination Team
11. Return to the Nunify Dashboard by clicking "Nunify" on the bottom-left corner or go to https://cms.nunify.com/dashboard/all.
12. Click "Switch" again and select the destination team
13. In the sidebar, click on "Incoming Transfers"
14. Here you can "Accept" or "Reject" the event transfer
