1. Open your event's dashboard and click on "Polls & surveys".
2. Then click on "Create" and select "New survey".
3. This opens a modal to select the template that are available, and choose one.
4. This shows the preview of the questions available in the template.
5. Click "Use template" to continue.
6. Now, click on "Create survey" to create a survey and save it in a draft form.
