1. Open your event's dashboard and click on "Polls & surveys".
2. Then click on "Create" and select "New survey".
3. This will open a pop up, select the survey template and click "Use template".
4. This will open a new survey page with the survey questions and the type of survey.
5. Enter the survey question and click on “Create survey”.
