1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Agenda" from the sidebar.
2. Then click on "Settings".
3. Toggle the "Allow downvoting questions" button to enable attendees to downvote questions. Similarly, turn off the "Allow downvoting questions" button to disable this option.
4. Click "Save settings" to update the changes.
