1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Agenda" on the sidebar.
2. Click on the three dots of the desired session.
3. Then click on "Edit".
4. You will now see all details about the session. Click on the “"Polls"” tab on the top.
5. Click on "New poll".
6. Select your desired template and click on "Start blank".
7. Enter the poll question and toggle the "Word cloud" button. This toggles the poll type to word cloud.
8. You can configure the word cloud poll with minimum and maximum word length per response, negative words that attendees are not allowed to submit, and colours with which the words appear on the word cloud.
9. Once the image, question, and configuration are set up, click on "Save draft". This will create a word cloud poll in the “draft” state, which means it won’t be visible to your attendees on the event app.
10. Click on the “Publish” button on the poll card to publish the poll for the attendees.
11. Click Save to update the changes.
