Adding Interactive Visual Effects

1. Find "Effects" in the left sidebar. Click on Sparkle emoji to open effects menu.

2. Effects add decorative motion and atmosphere to a page like sparkles, drifting emojis, load-in animations, cursor interactions, background video.

Tip: Effects are entirely optional and separate from your theme; nothing here touches colours or fonts.

3. Ambient background: A background animation that plays quietly the whole time the page is open.

4. When the page loads, A one-time animation that plays once when a visitor arrives freshly to the website.

5. selecting Confetti under "When the page loads" plays a one-time burst of confetti automatically as soon as a visitor opens the page.

6. When visitors interact A reaction to taps and mouse movement or follows through the cursor.

7. Backdrop video A looping video behind your page content, replacing the ambient background entirely. External video can also be uploaded.

8. Overlay video A looping video that plays on top of your content instead of behind it.

Note: Guidance on restraint
The panel itself says it plainly: every effect shows immediately, so try a few before committing. One ambient background plus maybe one interaction effect is usually plenty stacking several at once (say, Starfield plus Fireworks plus a Cursor trail) reads as busy rather than polished, and heavier picks like backdrop video cost more for a visitor's device to render.
