1. Open your event's dashboard and click on the "Event app" section
2. Click on the "Design" section
3. Click on the "Look" section
4. Under Launch Experience, click the "Upload Splash Image" box to add a splash image. The image must be in a 9:16 aspect ratio or 1080x1920px in dimension, and the file needs to be in JPG, PNG, or WebP format and under 5 MB.
5. Click on the "Save design" button to save the changes
