1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Promotions" from the sidebar
2. Click on "Mailers" from the above tab
3. Click on the three dots of the mailer you want to scope.
4. Click on "Name, audience and CC"
5. Click under "Send to" to change it to specific group
6. Click under "Specific groups" to choose the group from the dropdown list
7. Click on "Save" to persist the changes
8. Click on the edited mailer
9. Click on "Activate Mailer" to send it to the specific group.
