1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Promotions"
2. Create a new mail or click on the mailer to edit the mailer content
3. Once the mailer content is setup, click on "Activate Mailer" to send it to all the prospects
4. Open the email.
5. Click on 'Register'
6. The prospect will be navigated to the event website and once they click on Register the form will open up with the details auto-populated.
