1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Promotions"

2. Under mailers, click on "New WhatsApp mailer" in top right

3. Add in details like who the mailer is being Send to and the name of the mailer.

6. By clicking on the three dots on top, now you should have the option to Send a test Whatsapp Message, Schedule Mailer and Save.
